Research on suspension control strategy based on finite control set model predictive control with state feedback control‐PID for maglev yaw system of wind turbine

چکیده
The maglev yaw system (MYS) of wind turbine adopts the maglev-driving technique instead traditional gear-driving technique, so it has advantages short downtime and low cost operation maintenance. However, is vulnerable to nonlinear time-varying disturbance caused by random change speed direction. This paper proposes a dual-loop suspension control strategy based on finite set model predictive (FCS–MPC) with state feedback (SFC) improve dynamic response anti-disturbance ability MYS. First, mathematical models MYS are built. Second, in order realise stable control, outer loop controller for air gap tracking designed combining SFC proportional integral differential, inner current adopting FCS–MPC delay compensation. Finally, simulation experimental results show that proposed better robustness property comparing existing strategies, can smooth reliable operation. substantiated be effective feasible.
